Please note: We charge a 15% restocking fee for items purchased that are being returned to us and are not damaged. In addition you will be charged $9.95 for shipping as we do NOT charge for shipping on original orders that you received. You will not be charged $9.95 for shipping on returned items if you are "exchanging" for another sword.
We also charge a 15% fee for orders placed which are then cancelled PRIOR to shipment.
Orders for Imperial Forge, Thaitsuki and Dynasty swords go directly to the forges for processing and cannot be cancelled after placement. Please be aware that these forges may take up to two months to deliver your sword.
Please note our FREE shipping is for the continental U.S. 48 states. Canada is charged an additional fee of $27.95 for shipping and the U.K., Australia, France and Sweden are charged $99.00 for shipping. Other allowable countries are charged $149.00.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL swords that we sell are for display purposes and we NOT recommend ANY sword be used for cutting as that can be dangerous. Accidents can happen and we are NOT liable for any injury that may occur due to customers using swords for ANY other reason besides display purpose.
Please note: We MUST be contacted within 5 days of your sword arriving if you are to report any damages. We cannot replace/exchange swords that are damaged if we are contacted AFTER 5 days from arrival.
